The portion of harvested fruit that will not be consumed, or immediately delivered to food banks or other places, will be transformed in sauces, jams, juices, cakes and beverages. These products will be sold to make the project economically sustainable and cover the costs associated with the different activities. Information regarding cooking courses that are organized by the Frutta Urbana collective will posted on the website. These courses will be aimed at sharing the infinite possibilities of the conservation and preservation of fruit. There will also be recipes taught by chefs and bartenders, which will vary according to the different seasons!
